40,000 Dota 2 players banned by Valve

Everyone hates being in front of players who are much too strong for themselves, and Valve has understood this if you believe their recent decision.

40,000 bans were indeed announced on Dota 2 against players “abusing the matchmaking system”. Under these terms are hidden practices such as boosting, de-ranking, or even the use of so-called smurfs accounts. In French, this means respectively playing as a team with players of a much higher level, losing voluntarily to play against weaker opponents, and creating a new account to start from the lowest.
